Where is my package?

Please understand we are a two person, handmade shop. All pieces are made to order; we do not hold inventory. We know you are just as excited to receive your package, as we are to see you wearing it! Thus, turn around is almost always 7-10 business days. Embroidery pieces can take up to 10-14 business days. Holiday seasons shipping times are extended.

How does sizing run?

As we do not accept returns or exchanges, please be sure of your size before ordering. Most often, unless specified otherwise, all items are unisex fit! If you prefer "baggy" fit I always suggest to size up. For example, I can wear a Large, but choose X Large for a -even more- relaxed fit! Where are my items shipping from?

All of your items are handmade and shipped from Marshfield, Missouri!

 

I ordered more than one item at different times, will they ship together?

More often than not, no. As we are a two person shop, we keep track of orders via excel spreadsheet - therefore, orders are essentially crossed off as we go! We can certainly do our best to group if we see a repeat of your name, but this is not a promise!

 

Can I return my item?

We do not accept returns or exchanges, as we do not resale previously sent out items. If you are unsure about sizing, please email me or visit the above button, "how does sizing run". If your item is damaged, please email me photos and we am happy to send a replacement as soon as we are able!
